Founder & President
Nathaniel Curvey, a former Houston Police Officer, founded Accurate Security Inc. in 2011 with a clear mission: deliver professional, reliable, and community-focused security services while creating meaningful careers across Houston and throughout the state of Texas.
A native Houstonian born and raised in the historic 5th Ward community, Mr. Curvey brings lived experience and professional expertise to his leadership. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice from Midland College and Southern University at New Orleans —educational achievements that complement his hands-on law enforcement background; advanced security and risk management training; and certifications in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution.
As Founder and President, Mr. Curvey has grown Accurate Security into a trusted partner for clients seeking tailored safety solutions. His team of licensed professionals is recognized for integrity, accountability, and adaptability, with proven success across diverse environments, including large-scale construction sites, manufacturing and industrial facilities, airports, commercial properties, and event environments.

Marian LeDoux, a proud Houston native, is an influential business leader and the Vice President of Accurate Security Inc. With a sharp focus on business development, operational excellence, and strategic growth, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach, tripling its workforce and establishing a strong presence across private and government sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Executive MBA from Texas Woman’s University, combining compassion and operational expertise with strategic business acumen. With over two decades of leadership experience at healthcare institutions like The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston Methodist, and UnitedHealthcare, Marian honed skills in team management, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation — expertise she now applies to driving performance, accountability, and growth across Accurate Security Inc.’s operations.
